These are large estates that most of the rich reside in. Most are on large pieces of properties with large houses on them.

These are wooden houses that are right on the water. They are fairly opened concept. They are fairly expensive houses, however many middle-class can afford them.

This is a subdivision with small-large houses, none of course as big as the estates. This is where most of the middle class live and many of the houses are beautiful themselves.

This is a quality college that offers some of the best education around, and it is surprisingly easy to get into. Anyone 18 and over can attend.

This is a community college for the poor. The education isn't great, but you may be able to get a job at places better then McDonalds.
